Michael Hugos has designed and delivered supply chain applications for clients such as Microsoft Xbox, Starbucks Coffee, US Air Force, and the World Food Program. His SCM Globe supply chain modeling and simulation app is used for logistics training and operations planning worldwide. In 2024-2025 SCM Globe was awarded a small business innovation research (SBIR) grant to work with US Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) to develop a new, AI-assisted, multi-user mass collaboration platform for logistics training, wargaming, and mission planning, X4SIM. Mr. Hugos was principal investigator and lead designer for this platform. He also directed development of the commercial version, Enterprise. He is the author of several business and technology books including Essentials of Supply Chain Management, now in its 5th edtion, and translated into eight different languages.

Julie Anixter is the co-founder of New Scenario and a partner in Orchid Black. She helps educators and enterprise leaders see and shape what’s next. A strategist, designer, and transformation leader, her work centers on building powerful partnerships, using simulations and human-centered design for learning, confidence, and agency, especially in times of rapid change. She previously led Learning and Development at two NYSE-listed companies, holds an MFA from the University of San Francisco, and completed graduate studies in the Learning Sciences at Northwestern University under Roger Schank.

Joshua Labovitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and digital transformation. Currently the Owner of LSI Accelerate since February 2025, Joshua leads consulting services focused on growth in technology. Previously, Joshua served as Vice President of Digital Customer Experience & Transformation and Portfolio Director at Throughline, Inc., overseeing critical projects for the Air Force and Space Force. Additionally, Joshua has held roles as a Sr. Content Strategist and Contracts Administrator at various organizations, developing creative strategies and managing contracts in accordance with government regulations. Joshua holds a BSBA in International Business and Marketing from the American University – Kogod School of Business.
